We aim to offer our services globally. All our staff is based in Spain, Europe, but we consider every organization's needs and attempt to cover any time zone. We recognize the importance of communication and interaction with the teams, which is why we prefer to adapt to the customers' core business hours. We also offer a comprehensive array of payment options, and we will work with you to come to the best possible agreement.

Our staff undergoes yearly soft skill training so that we minimize cultural and unconscious bias.

We work with a team of legal experts in international law so that we can ensure our customers' peace of mind.

However, due to reasons outside our control, we are unable to conduct business with organizations based in the following countries or regions:

We understand that each organization faces unique challenges, and that's why we take a unique approach with each customer.

As a rule of thumb, terms can be as short as two weeks, or as long as a year, with potential for extension on mutual agreement.

However, we strongly believe in open communication and honesty, therefore, while we appreciate that organizations often stress urgency, our recommendations for terms and deadlines will always be realistic and based on facts, requirements and business plans, not wishful thinking.

Recent years have unprecedently disrupted the office-space dogma. We strongly believe in worker autonomy, and we prefer to leave the choice of where to work from in the hands of the employees.

That being said, we understand that some organizations might have specific requirements in relation to office attendance, and we work closely with each customer individually to accommodate their needs.

Whilst remote attendance is preferred, we can accommodate periodic trips to the customer's offices for longer term contracts.

Short-term contracts (up to one month) could be arranged to be fully on-site. We encourage you to get in contact with us to discuss your specific needs.

Our entire team is based in Spain, Europe. However, we accommodate organizations which require attendance on off-set time zones. We value communication and interactions between our experts and the organization's teams, and we respect the core business hours of the organization.

All our talent is in-house. We do not subcontract from other agencies nor freelancers. Coderollers is not a contracting agency or intermediary.

As a globally-reaching consulting house, we aim to make the entire experience, from a simple meet and greet all the way to the sign-off and delivery of the project, as smooth and transparent as possible.

We recognize that each organization's finance department has its own quirks and customs (trust us, ours is no different!) and we want to have them just as satisfied as the other parts of the business that interact with us.

To that end, we provide the following methods of payment. Note that some might vary or be unavailable depending on your region.

  • Credit card payment
    • EUR, GBP, CHF, RON, CZK, PLN, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, SGD, JPY only
    • Maximum of 10.000 EUR (or equivalent) per payment
    • Conversion fees may be charged by your card issuer if the payment currency is different to the one of the card
  • Bank or wire transfer, as follows:

1) Preferred method of payment worldwide outside the EEA
2) SWIFT and wire transfers are not supported. Payment in EUR, USD or GBP must be used with SWIFT.
3) The payment method in SGD must be consistent for recurring payments. Please contact us to change it!
4) EUR payments via SEPA are available and preferred in Romania

We remind you that we cannot offer our services to organizations in some countries and regions.
